Through Yoga Nidra we induce complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation. The consciousness is functioning on a deeper level awareness. In this state between wakefulness and sleep, contact with the subconscious and unconscious dimensions occurs automatically and spontaneously.
In this Yoga Nidra Yoga Teacher Training in the serene Eifel national park in Heimbach, Germany, we introduce you to the art of Yoga Nidra. As one aspect of pratyahara Yoga Nidra leads to the higher states of concentration and samadhi. In this six days course you will learn more about the theory of Yoga Nidra, get the chance to experience this conscious form of relaxation and learn how to guide others.
The theory classes give you more insight into the history and origin of Yoga Nidra, the process of pratyahara, the importance of sankalpa, the benefits of Yoga Nidra, the different stages of Yoga Nidra and so much more. You will also learn how to use Yoga Nidra in your own life and how it works on the physical, mental and emotional level.
Every day we will practice Yoga Nidra together to give you the chance to experience the effects it has on your body, mind and emotional state. Apart from that you will get the chance to teach Yoga Nidra to each other.
According to the ancient teachings different Yoga Nidra techniques exist. In this training we introduce you to five ways of practice including chakra visualization and Yoga Nidra for children.

Only two questions we are going to answer in the anatomy and physiology sessions.
