Yoga Nidra is form of guided meditation also known as yogic sleep. The practice draws our attention inwards & we learn to surf between the states of conscious and unconscious, where our body finds its natural state of equilibrium. The breath balances and becomes quiet. Our unconscious and conscious aspects of the mind reveal themselves and we fall into an innate state of deep, blissful awareness to relief from anxiety & gets deep relaxation in our body, mind and soul.
