Namaste, fellow yogis! Today, I'm thrilled to share with you the profound insights I gained during my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training at Anandam Yoga School in Bali. As a practitioner hailing from South Korea, this transformative journey in the heart of Indonesia's spiritual hub has left an indelible mark on my yoga path. I joined the yoga course bali in mid September 2023.  Here are seven invaluable lessons I learned:

Through rigorous asana practice and meditation sessions, I discovered the profound link between mental clarity and physical well-being. A South Korean Yogi's Staycation in a Bali Wellness Retreat

I'm thrilled to share my incredible experience as a South Korean yoga beginner during a 21-night staycation in associate  Wellness Retreat in Bali (they offer affordable accommodation facilities too). This retreat, nestled amidst the serene landscapes of Bali, provided the perfect sanctuary for my budding yoga journey. Let me take you through the blissful highlights of my stay. Here's a glimpse into my serene retreat experience:

 

1. Arrival and Welcome:

Upon arrival, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a sense of serenity that permeated the air. The staff welcomed me with open arms, guiding me to my private single room tucked away amidst tropical greenery.

 

2. Comfort and Solitude:

My private single room cost $ 432, adorned with a cozy single spring bed, mosquito net, and reading lamp, providing a tranquil haven for introspection and relaxation. The gentle hum of the fan and the soothing ambiance of the shared terrace offered moments of solitude and contemplation, allowing me to disconnect from the outside world and reconnect with myself.

 

3. Nourishment for the Soul:

Each morning, I awakened to the aroma of freshly prepared breakfast served on the shared terrace. Nourishing my body with wholesome meals amidst the backdrop of Bali's natural beauty infused each day with vitality and vitality.

 

4. Immersed in Nature:

The retreat's lush surroundings served as a playground for exploration and rejuvenation. From leisurely strolls through verdant gardens to basking in the sun on the shared terrace, I found solace in nature's embrace. Despite being a solo traveler, I never felt alone during my staycation.
