Anandam Yoga School is a sub-branch of Rishikesh Yogi Ashram Trust. We are an international Yoga school registered with the Yoga Alliance, USA (RYS).

~ Our goal is to guide you on your individual Yoga journey. We know, every journey is unique and we try to focus on your individual needs and your personal history, to best support you on your way. We want you to get the best out of our trainings and retreats.

~ We want to share our knowledge about Yoga and make the ancient teachings accessible for as many people as possible. We want you to become a member of our community and learn from you. We might be teachers, but we will never stop being students. We are all students of life, everyone with a unique and inspiring story.

Benefits Of Yoga

The word Yoga is derived from the Sanskrit word “yuji”, meaning union. Yoga is an ancient practice that unites mind, body and soul not only through physical practice (asanas), but by following certain social and personal rules; as well as with the help of pranayama and meditation; and adherence to a plant based diet, with the ultimate goal of Samadhi – reaching a state of Enlightenment.
